Unfortunately it's a lossy compression, like mp3, so you lose quality compared to the original.

A buddy of mine has one for sale. I messaged him and he'll bring it over on the weekend. It has a couple gamedude stickers on the cartridge and possibly on the soft case. I do remember seeing the original purchase receipt circa late 90s so it was bought before the fakes got pretty convincing.
