WTB: External USB CD Burner, 4X capable

Hey y'all,

I want an external USB CD-R drive that is capable of burning at 4x.

I don't care what the maximum speed is, I don't care if it burns CD-RW or any type of DVD, I don't care how old it is, and I don't care what it looks like--as long as it's functional.

For those who are curious, I want to burn PS1 Policenauts (and other PS1 games in the future), but my existing drive won't go below 10x and my current burns cause in-game freezing.

PLEASE include an asking price with your offer.

EDIT: must work with Windows 7, although I don't think this will be a problem.

Just put it in an enclosure and enjoy.

Thanks for the offer man! For now I'd rather hold out for somebody in the US and a drive that includes an enclosure, but I may just hit you up later.
