WTB? Neo-Geo AES with RGB/Scart and Unibios

Currently deciding between a MISTer and a AES setup, but before I do that I'd like to know the current pricing and availability of AES consoles.
Anyone willing to hook me up with a system (location central europe) that has RGB Scart and a Unibios? I could look at ebay but importing stuff with unknown quality doesn't look too tempting.

Just a minor note: Neo Geo already has RGB from the factory. I think what you mean is an RGB bypass if the board needs it.

If you're not getting any luck with this, most people buy a system first and then find someone to send it to. There are probably folks here who can suggest modders who are near you.

If you plan to go with NeoSD too, it can set AES/MVS mode and region, the two main things the unibios provides. So it could be a short term solution in that area.
