First couple results say claims are overblown but then theres tons of links of documented cases of it happening.

Nobody is doing this outside of a couple of isolated cases.

But yes there is a fentanyl epidemic and it's now killing more people per year than car accidents. It's supposedly the number 1 killer of people 18-35.

In general you don't have to worry about someone lacing cheap drugs with more expensive drugs. Extremely unlikely that anyone would lace weed with fentanyl. It's when fentanyl costs less than your intended drug purchase that you'd have to worry about that.
