Diablo IV Thread

Open Beta is up as of 3/24 but just for this weekend.

Full release is 6/6/2023.

Looks like there will be queue times if you’re trying to play the beta this weekend. I’m looking forward to it as I’ve heard some positive buzz. I’m a big D2 fan - I played a fair bit of D3 but the launch and real money/gold auction house always left a bad taste in my mouth and I think fundamentally made the game worse mechanically.

Anyway, my queue just ended so I’ll post some impression later.

Enjoyed what I’ve played so far. Seems like the game could be pretty solid. I remain cautiously optimistic.

Skill trees are vastly improved over Diablo 3 with some interesting choices and I think will appear to have more build diversity.

Pretty pumped for this one, we put in a ton of time into D3 for seasons and hopefully the skills and builds for D4 will be better
