SOLDUPDATE 1-20: finally have pics of the CMVS up. It's a 2-slot with s-video and composite. As for audio, just stereo, nothing special. UniBIOS is version 1.8.

over the years the casing's screws have come undone, how fucked is that. If you pick it up by the bottom and not the casing, though, everything is fine. If anyone knows how to screw a screw or a nail or whatever then maybe they can fix it.
I don't know who made the CMVS, or maybe I did at one time, but now I've forgotten. Bought it from a guy named XionV on this forum back in August of '05 for $300+.
