The cart and label are legit.The shell is a repro.It has a textured surface rather than than smooth of an original cart would.

If he lists it on eBay he will have to provide all photos & details so the buyer can determine if he or she wants it and he can list at TOP DOLLAR.

I'm just refering to that phat drop from $550 (I believe it was) to $375.

Thats just an objectively nice difference seeing as MVS is gaming first & you can always hunt down a spiffy OEM case at your leisure.

The collectors market has not been kind to Pulstar on any neo format a clean MVS copy w/ OEM boards & label & a repro case is a solid concession.

Pulstar is 1 of 3 MVS games I have without an original label. I don't think it's a repro case based on the posted pics.
