When I left work today I peered out in to the sky which was a yellow-orange, almost red as if I was on the surface of Mars. Visibility was Limited, the sky was overcast and hazy.
As I entered my car I noted that it had upon it a fine coating of ash.
Earlier at lunch I had thought it snowing, but no - it was ash: the burnt remnants of so many poor souls’ golden dreams.
I live in a hellacape.
