Garow Mark Of the Wolves

I'm about to put most of my MVS carts up for sell, and I'm going to start with my Garow cart, but as I was opening it to take pics I saw a patch cable, and I'm not sure if that's a repair job or not.
Can anyone enlight me?

Also please don't open your carts like that for pics. Just crack it open enough to slide the boards out then close the shell and take pics of the boards outside of the shell. I know I'll probably see a bunch of "it's arcade hardware it's not supposed to look pretty so who cares if the label is damaged from opening it like that!", but why damage the label when ya don't have to?

About opening the shells, I've done it both ways and you can do damage to the label regardless.
