Hate to tell you this, guys, but every credit card you have has forced you into accepting binding arbitration. Same with mobile phone companies. The use specific arbitration groups. Arbitration organizations that offer up a certain rate of return. What's that rate on disputes between company and customer? Some offer over 99.5% in favor of the company. They know who pays the bills and want to keep that contract. It's all perfectly legal because Scalia says so. Welcome to reality, folks.

That's pretty lame. Why can't I just send them an email? I guess they figure not many people will go through the trouble of mailing them a letter.

I don't get it. Opt out of arbitration for what? Future disputes or class action law suits?

Haven't bothered with them ever since they've froze my account for not consenting to the Electronic Delivery Act or whatnot back in February.
