I know a few people who have new sealed minty copies. I think they go by "Best Buy" or "Gamestop", but I don't remember specifics.

Best Buy has Bioshock for PS3 on sale for $30 until Saturday.

From other forums, it seems using the coupon is hit or miss at Best Buy, but it's worth a shot to get the game for $20.
