Hi, I own a MSDEXP, I use it with a classic megadrive 1 + 32x and of course Terraonion's MegaSD, but it doesn't seem to work. When everything is set up, the folders don't show the roms inside, and when I try to launch a CD game only the initial MegaCD screen is shown without the ability to continue. is it possible that the MSDEXP is faulty?
MSDEXP with Terraonion Megasd doesn't look to work.

As niche as this product is, i think it would be best to just contact mobius technologies. I doubt anyone here even owns an msdexp.

Clean the contacts on your MD1. The contact on the right side gets dirty as fuck like carts even if you never used it.
Tried everything. contact are super clean (linked my Mega CD and ran Final Fight without issues) and when Mega Sd is in MSDEXP it shows the CD games list, but when I run one it shows a static mega cd screen and the system hangs there. I contacted mobius technologies (super fast answer BTW) and they said that the problem must be in the Mega SD firmware, that is updated to the latest version. Oh well, time to give up

Did you just buy it? If so return it and just remove the 32X when you want to play CD games.

The 32X really isn't worth leaving connected. The only time I ever did was when it was still a recent system.

Need to fix mine forever. Hate that damn ribbon cable.
