Hi Just have and on the parcelforce website it reads "Please come back later... Information on your item is not yet available online" The funny thing is though that I phoned the my local parcelforce depot and the Lady on the other end of the phone told me "That the item has been booked but nobody has collected it from the seller and far as parcelforce are concerned the parcel is still in Italy" Tomcat told me he dispatched the game on the 07/01/2013 and it's the 18/01/2013 now?

Tom shipped mine on 3 January 2013 and they arrived yesterday and so it took 15 days. Usually it would be quicker (5 to 7 days) but with shipping delays due to holidays, shipping can take longer. You should be looking at getting yours next week some time.

Was your games delivered by parcelforce? I have nothing against tomcat as I would have not bought from him in the first place and his feedback speaks for itself. The only thing that bothers me is that I know the postal system in Italy is a shambles and sellers do not like sending items there and vice versa?

Yes, delivered by Parcelforce. There is no problem for Italian sellers shipping out games by registered airmail like Tom has done. The main problem is sending to Italy from outside of Italy (google horror stories), although I've not personally had an issue.

I've bought a ton of games from Tom and other Italian sellers. Italy seems to have all the best and rare MVS games

I've had games posted within the UK take up to 3 weeks lately with Parcelforce then just turn up out of the blue u can tell its not the sellers fault because of the post date on parcel.

Once it's left the sellers hands, they can not control how long the shipping company will take in delivering the item.

With Tom, he's a 100% honest dude and if he's says it's been shipped, it has. Tom is nearly at 500 postive feedback on here which is impressive as not everyone remembers to leave feedback, so should be twice as much I would have thought.
