What is the learning curve to get Fightcade up and running? Speak to me like a baby. I can't get MAME running and I often inadvertently uninstall all my STEAM games. IP is not my strongsuit.

Basically I you dl a folder that has games, then dl the most current version of fightcade. After that's it's just click the icon and chose the game. It's really easy. Most u have to mess with it is when u start up a game you havent played yet you'll have to config buttons.
PM me and I can link you everything u need. I'm here to help ppl get started up.

Ps- no messing with ip addresses or anything. Just allow fc on ur firewall

Basically you download the file that AJ made with all the Roms, install fightcade, sign up on the website, and just log in and pick a game.

I'm glad AJ is helping you out. I was gonna send you the link to the goods but I was afraid you weren't gonna be able to handle it given what you said about MAME and I didn't want to frustrate you with my poor teaching skills, lol.

RULES

- Default settings - Infinite credits allowed - MVS Level for AES or Level 4 for MVS. No mulligans.

- Name | Score | Course | Golfer | Platform | Credits |
^Record Entry Format.

All Platforms accepted.

AES, MVS, NGCD, MAME, PS2, FCD (Fightcade), All emulation in general, just be specific.

- Pictures to legitimize your entry.
The more pics the better, but the most important pic is the score board, so keep that in mind, get ready to take the picture before you putt the last hole, this way you'll be ready to shoot after the last hole.

- Here's is an example for future entries, not required but very helpful for the thread and future statistics reports.

We take all entries although the more info the better so, please feel free to post your scores, old, new, it doesn't matter, just do it up but keep it clean, meaning no savestates on MAME, no mulligans, no do overs. Neo save states are ok but don't abuse it as a mulligan.

I love it VMZ, my only issue with the score tables, mine included, are the Golfer names, seems some even make up their own nicknames, not cool. We need uniformity for the sake of reading the mess.

I'm a computer noob so I've been trying to use the tab key to space the brackets with no success and when I want to edit the tables the columns get skewed, so I'm at a loss here, I might just do spaces between scores to make it easier to read.

So we either get on with the proper nicknames or stick to nationalities which are prolly easier.

Also, I'm thinking of adding the option for multiple scores if played with different characters, I think most people that are gonna participate are already here, so mind as well give everyone the option to shine more than once. I'm starting to play with the Brazilian, I'm doing awful but I'm determined to get it right. I played against a Jap on fightcade and he played with the Brazilian, pretty much showed me how's done so I'm inspired.

I was thinking of doing separate colors like the neo colors but golf hue styles, I'll start with just green though, I think it's cool to keep it green with Golf and all.
