Tak, haven’t you played R-Type on TurboGrafx-16? I’d find it hard to believe the SMS port would still be your favorite after playing that one.

I've seen vids of it, looks pretty much arcade-perfect but I never owned a TG16 or PCE so I'm going with that I have. The SMS port just feels right, and I had my fair share of bouts with the arcade original.
