Did anyone receive their games yet? I was just reminded about this deal from someone else who also didn't receive their games.

My money was paid on 4/5 (and thankfully i took the '+4%' option). I messaged him already and I dont want to go crazy with any sort of accusations quite yet. i just want to see a reply.

edit: I received a reply with an apology for the delay. He says they will ship this week. Will update when games are received.

yeah. i would have been more on top of it, that ended up being a really fucked up week for me and i guess it fell through the cracks. thankfully one of the other guys who bought from him asked me if i received mine yet and it reminded me of the whole situation.

the seller informed me of an issue he had and that he was throwing a couple of extras in the box to make it up. He said it will ship this week, so no actual harm done as long as he follows through.

I was promised shipment within a week.

I was also talking with a couple others who had not received their items yet.

The week went by and the seller has not even signed on since he replied. He promised shipment within a week of 5/20 along with an apology.

I have opened a dispute with paypal. I am done with the deal now. I gave him the week. Now i am getting my money back.

will hold off on the chargeback until friday (in case the mail runs long- its only going one state away).

I hope you get your item(s) tomorrow--either that, or your seller refunds you.

It looks really bad when their buyer has to cover their own ass.
