EDIT: No longer looking right now... I'm going to try swapping a cheap Zippyy stick into the Hori and see if it's better than the original. Looks like they're about the same size so hoping it doesn't need any major case re-work.

So... I've got both a Fighting Stick Neo and a Fighting Stick Neo II. The original FS Neo's stick plays too loose for me (smaller actuator) but I don't mind the Neo II's stick. I'd like both sticks to match.
Has anyone modded a Fighting Stick Neo II and still have the original stick sitting in a box somewhere? Not worth the effort for me to swap a Sanwa stick into the original FS Neo, but I'd be happier if I could get a Neo II stick in there.
I'd also trade the Neo I stick for a Neo II stick if anyone prefers the looser stick.
Or, if anyone wants to sell a complete Fighting Stick Neo II for cheap...
