NEWS & INFO PERTAINING TO THE NEO SCENE & NEO·GEO.COM: 6/16/2013  During the downtime, our vBulletin forums were updated by our savior, Mouse_Master.  We updated from version 4.1.3 to the latest and greatest 4.2.1.  You should notice subtle differences as we are now benefitting from literally 10 version updates/patches between our last big update in 2011, and the one performed today.  Fortunately, all custom modifications carried over successfully (feedback ratings, chat, et cetera). 6/14/2013  Forum trouble... We believe this is being caused by the pending transfer status of our domain name long with a renewal of 10 years (long live NG.com).  The Neo-Geo.com domain was transferred from Network Solutions to Godaddy.  This transfer was initiated at 6 AM on June 13th, but Network Solutions says they can drag their feet for up to 2 days before issuing the Authorization code so that this transfer can finalize.  While this code could be provided instantaneously, Network Solutions is apparently trying to prevent, or at least delay the transfer of business to another register. 12/01/09  Be sure to pickup this month's issue of RETRO GAMER magazine, the essential guide to classic games.  In issue #70, John Thacker AKA Geddon_jt, who is a veteran community member, forum moderator & the creator of the Master List™, has provided us with an in-depth Neo-Geo article that includes a comprehensive interview with SNK Game Lord, CHAD OKADA & Shawn (yours truly).  You can view the complete unedited interviews here.  This issue is already available in the UK/Europe as of 11/12/09 and will be available in the USA early December at Barnes and Noble and Borders. 9/18/09  You can now reach the NeoStore by entering snkusa.com or www.snkusa.com. - News Archives
