Saw the pcb pics. Seems legit.
The game has been verified and authenticated (by the selling party), end of story. Plus it has a money back guarantee, what more could a buyer ask for?
I'm reminded of the famous saying "a fool and his money are soon parted."

Hey LegoSlug, that's some Aussie level legit sarcasm you pulled off there, where'd you learn that?
Thank you. I guess I need emojis to make it more obvious. Seems like people got their panties in a bunch.

Your post was salted with the perfect amount of sarcasm and a dash of ambiguity.
I thought the "(by the selling party)" would give it away as sarcasm. It's obviously a conflict of interest to both sell and verify the game in question. If Dion actually cared about verifying games such as these, he wouldn't be selling them. He is clearly leeching off the AES market.
To ChrisR,
Not that I care, but the ruling paperwork I saw said you only had the rights to select titles and weren't allowed to brand them as NGF owned properties. Again, maybe there's documents I missed.
Looking through the 2 foot stack of docs from that case are not on my list of things to do right now, but if you refer to the press release playmore was required to make as a part of our settlement it is self explanatory. Even this list was not fully complete, but it was close enough so we didn't complain.

Funny how you went and cleared out your site on wayback machine with a robot.txt..... but some of us still have all the proof
I had zero idea what you were talking about and did some research to understand. I can tell you we have never attempted to block history on the NeoGeoFreak website and in fact I went to the wayback machine and did some checks and it all seems available. So can you elaborate on what you think is missing?
Just randomly clicking through pages was pretty entertaining.
Here is one worth checking: https://web.archive.org/web/20060815004310/http://neogeofreak.com:80/
It was only 11 years ago.... Already 16 years after I first owned a neo geo.

Here's a prime example.... http://web.archive.org/web/20010204021600/http://www.neogeofreak.com:80/ngfstock1.htm
Prices from 2001...... your hey day........ Double Dragon - English $649....Kizuna Encounter - English $549..... Ultimate 11, the - English $469......... how were you selling these if they were "Euro" only? You and I both know SNK never printed these in their factory thus why the paper and print is different. No such thing as a Euro only release besides Puzzled - US version which couldn't come state side sue to a lawsuit over Tetris.
This is a great example of how all of the poser "neo geo fans" are responsible for the disaster of the AES scene. We sold our games loud and proud, branded and advertised very clearly - and for great prices.
I am not sure what you are saying in regard to the 3 "known as" euro released games. I will say when made our original buyout of 5000+ games from SNK, they arrived to us from all corners of the globe. We did not just get games from Japan. Regional distribution centers also had NOS that were a part of the deal. The only thing we actually ended up turning down were the Pal-M neo geo cd units (thousands) from Brazil.
Regarding those 3 games, I think the people that paid many thousands for them will never admit to the truth, they have too much invested. But at this point you could say the same thing about mutation nation. Late to the party AES owners are holding the Tulips of yesteryear and it is unfortunate.
