Name a bad or boring Neo game you enjoy.

For me, it's definitely Top Player's Golf. It's very relaxing, has just the right amount of challenge, is a very impressive game for 1990 on the Neo Geo and it's one of the few Neo Geo games with a mostly FM soundtrack, instead of PCM like most.

I know it's simple and repetitive, but I replay Eightman all the time. It was the first NG game I ever played, and the colorful anime art style, cool music, and little drops of variety (eg platform jumping, the running levels) break it up a bit from being a generic brawler and keep me coming back.

They're not NeoGeo, but Devil's Third and Duke Nukem Forever definitely count as guilty pleasures for me.

8 man and cyber lip. i'm not shore if these count. not shore even if they qualify as a bad game, because i think they're great. not really a good question when the neo is concerned.

Since my AES was brought back to life I finally installed a UniBIOS to change region settings.
So that means my "guilty pleasure" was Riding Hero on story mode.

Quite a cool mode for it's time. It gets too easy as long as you know how to milk cash on S ridge.
You don't even need a strong bike.

Out of the Neo world, I have to say Batman Returns for the Sega Genesis. All my friends hated the game, I totally love it. It's no match at all for the SNES version, but I believe it's great in its own style. Even with all of its flaws.

guilty pleasures are like, shit you should be embarrassed about, but you do it because you derive enjoyment from it. LoSJ is a guilty pleasure. MS4 is a guilty pleasure. Galaxy Fight is a guilty pleasure. Fight Fever is a Guilty pleasure.

But good games from their respective time periods are not guilty pleasures.

After playing Simpsons Bowling so much, I consider League Bowling what you progress to after Simpsons Bowling gets too easy.
