Up this month we have GG Aleste 3, a brand new Game Gear game released in 2020 and part of the "Aleste Collection" by M2 for PS4/Switch.

Normal difficulty level, stock 3, no continues. Leave default options, do not disable slowdown.

It’s definitely on the eShop, you have to create a JP region account on your console then buy a points card from Play Asia to buy it with. Once it’s downloaded you can use your regular account to play it.

Another option is to just buy the physical version from Amazon.co.jp, no hoops required and they will ship direct to your US address and let you pay with US credit card.
