Do Alzheimer's patients get legal guardians (their children, nursing home)? I'm not sure how that works. I'd imagine its like someone sleeping with a mentally retarded person. They might consent, but they don't really know what they're doing.

Could you imagine the kind of person who would try to make this case anyway?
