Maybe so. One just sold for $40 Shipped on Ebay but then there are two more for sale for $119 and $200+ This market is seriously whack.

Not really, just means it's never been opened. Stickers on the side should never dictate value.

What's the best way to find prices for Neo Geo Pocket stuff?

I've checked ebay BIN. Some games don't seem unreasonably priced some are.
Prices Guides don't appear to be as consistent or as up to date as compared to MVS and AES games.

I haven't been able to do any trades so I'm going to consider selling the following:

I want to know this as well. I see they sell the cps1 boards for like $165 but the cps1.5 joints with the shell that look like cps2 boards go for much more. I would love to get a hold of C&D and The Punisher at a reasonable price.
