Hi Chaps n Lasses, Im obviously VERY new to this but with payday rapidy aproaching wanted a little bit of guidance, whats the going rate for a cart only copy of Street Hoop & Neo Turf Masters (there the only 2 sports titles im after for the entire system!), my only referances are ebay and the somewhat out of date price guide on here....

The kit is fetching ridiculous prices, and based off the, the cart would as well.

I’d say you could comfortably ask for $500 AUD (350 US) on the forums. eBay, it’s anyone’s guess. It’s a rare game and people are paying a lot for it to complete their collections.

$1200-1500$ id say, prices seem to be a bit volatile for it. I dont think there's a significant difference for a second run

The art book is fairly common. Since it's missing the obi I'd price it at $40. The poster book instead is quite rare, especially with the obi (which your copy has). This book fetches quite some money in Japan. A reasonable price should be around $100.

I just won a Prehistoric Isle 2 (SNK Neo•Geo MVS) cartridge off eBay here for USD $177.50 plus USD $24.00 to cover the cost of shipping. Was that price good, fair, or not so hot? I checked eBay's sold listings beforehand and those prices were all definitely higher than mine. I hope I didn't get taken too badly; but, once I saw the Classic Game Room review here, I fell head-over-heels in love.

I guess you could say I'm rediscovering it. I already own it and almost every other SNK Neo•Geo MVS cartridge out there, save for that one late-release horse racing gambler and a few boring mahjong titles. But, those are safely nestled away in SHOCKboxes and buried in a corner of my garage. This and three other purchases are specifically for the Neo 29 candy cabinet that's due to arrive in the coming weeks.

NCI bought a bunch of those when they made ToTC. I’d say hold onto it for now or open it up. Cases of MS4 kits aren’t really wanted much, sadly.
