I vastly prefer 'the Bob Newhart show" over "Newhart", but yeah, he's one of the all time greats. I will make an imaginary one-sided telephone call in his honor.

Off Topic: We didn't have a thread about it but Shannon Doherty also passed away earlier this week. She was only 53 which is fucking with me because I'm 40. I thought she was at least 20 years older than me. Fuck cancer.

I will miss her crazy unaligned eyes. It's wild she could be such a big tv star for a short time with one eyeball noticably higher on her head. Hollywood usually rejects that kind of asymetry, at least in women.

It was pointed out. But once you see it, you can't unsee it. When she was on a tv show, she used to cock her head at an angle. Because with her head at an angle, her eyes would be on the same level.
Anyway, as I said, I liked it. I thought it was cool.

I mean the solid decade or so where it and the rest of Seth McFarlane's garbage was inescapable. Back when everyone still had cable, I haven't had to see anything related to it for years now. Thank god.
