Damn! I had an exact same board.
The Audio section was crushed, it wouldn't boot because of that.

It's a shame Konami had those audio sections engineered like that.
I still have to get a socket for my Bucky'o Hare pcb.

My X-Men board also lost audio 'cause of that damn custom sound chip or whatever it's called, what a bummer, maybe in the future someone will save us all and come up with a solution, this is well over my head.
