packing the court is not using presidential powers, granted by the constitution, to nominate a candidate for appointment to a vacated supreme court spot. packing the court would require increasing the size of the supreme court. nine judges have been in place since 1869. you just didn't like who was appointed.

The point is to not let Biden run out the clock and become the democrat nominee by default. He needs to be ousted while there's still time for the dmc to pick someone else (who isn't Newsom) with enough time to build up some momentum. If the dems run Biden, he will lose to Trump, because there aren't enough people like you who are satisfied with the country being run by a shadow cabinet of people they never heard of or voted for while the ghost of Gerry Anderson supermarionations the corpse of Joe Biden for 4 years.

Biden by all accounts including his, only operates at anything approaching basic capacity during daylight hours from mid morning until maybe 5 or 6 in the evening. After which, he drops off severely. The problem is that the hours from 6pm until mid morning the next day are daylight hours for all nations and organizations who aren't our friends. Everyone in the world has more than 12 hours a day, every day, to do anything they want, knowing the president of the US can't respond in any way.

Even the interview Biden set up after the debate, intended to curb everyone's fears and show he's still sharp (and held during daylight hours) WITH QUESTIONS GIVEN TO THE INTERVIEWER BY THE BIDEN CAMP, was a complete incoherent shitshow.

I don't want Trump, but it absolutely cannot be Biden. The best solution would probably be for Biden to take advantage of the new immunity granted by the SCOTUS for Trump's sake to launch a drone attack on Trump, and then step aside for another democratic candidate.

Probably and we are powerless to stop it. Biden has no intention of stepping down and the DNC has shown 0 interest in putting someone else up there. Hopefully when Trump is done in 4 years he just leaves peacefully, but I can see the SCOTUS doing away with term limits and making him our forever king. I meant to include my analogy to the red scare. if these people would say/do what you are saying then they wouldn't be constitutionalist. this is still not a fact. will some crazies say this in the unlikely event this happens? sure. He was saying the two term limits for POTUS are a literal part of the constitution (in amendment form). A court that found a way to declare that unconstitutional would truly be operating outside the law.
